Nation’s ‘first ambulance builder’ enters record book

A COMPANY manufacturing commercial vehicle bodies has etched its name in the Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) for building the first ambulance in the country 33 years ago.

MBOR chief executive officer Datuk Seri Dr Michael Tio, who made the announcement, said Continental Top Products and Engineering Sdn Bhd (Continental Top) had been the pioneer in manufacturing ambulances since 1988.
