THE sight of people queueing up a night earlier at BSN Sibujaya branch in Sibu, Sarawak, to claim government aid vouchers has shocked residents there.Usually the queue at most BSN branches would start around 6am but now people lined up from midnight.
These people were mostly those without bank accounts and they wait in line for many hours to cash out the state government’s Bantuan Khas Sarawakku Sayang (BKSS) and the Federal Government’s Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH).
