DESPITE a slight delay in the north seafront project at the Esplanade in Penang due to the movement control order, upgrading works on the seawall is nearing completion.
A Penang Island City Council (MBPP) spokesperson said upgrading works on the seawall, which stretches for 570m along the seafront up to the Medan Renong Food Court, was expected to be completed soon.
