A PENANG Island City councillor is calling for a reduction in plot ratio for future housing developments, believing the move can help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and other viral infections.
Lee Kim Noor said in view of the current pandemic, such a review could reduce congestion and overcrowding at residential development projects.
