IT IS a ratio of one lifeguard to one swimmer on most days at the MBPP Relau Sports Complex in Bayan Lepas, Penang, which reopened its swimming pool to the public over a week ago.

The complex’s manager Chris Yeoh said the low turnout was probably due to most people still worrying about the high number of Covid-19 cases being recorded daily.
