VACCINATION has helped reduce the number of people dying from Covid-19 in Sibu, Sarawak, from 36 deaths in June to six as of Aug 28.
Sibu Divisional Disaster Management Committee coordinator Dr Annuar Rapaee said in his Facebook livestream that the benefits of getting vaccinated had started to show, based on the number of fatalities over the past two months.
