DESPITE arriving as early as 6.30am, a 21-year-old undergraduate was not able to get his turn to be vaccinated at the MBPJ Civic Hall vaccination centre (PPV) on Tuesday (Aug 24).
It was his second attempt to get vaccinated. He previously went to the same centre on Monday (Aug 23) morning at 9am and was told the walk-in vaccination slots were full and that he would need to come another day.
