Council’s upcycling artists having a blast

SHOWING patriotism while conserving the environment, the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has decorated its foyer in Komtar with upcycled materials in conjunction with the National Day celebration.

The decorations, depicting cannons, an army tank, pots of our national flower the hibiscus, figurines of Tunku Abdul Rahman and figurines of the many races in Malaysia, are made from reusable materials.
