ILLEGAL dumping on a vacant plot of land at an intersection of Lebuh Nilam and Jalan Mastika in Taman Setia, Klang has nearby residents riled up.
They claim that the dumping is the work of outsiders and want the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) to clean up the site.
