Raising a stink over dog carcasses dumped on beach

DOG carcasses found floating in the sea and washed ashore along the Tanjung Bungah beach in Penang have raised alarm bells in the neighbouring community.

Housewife Suri Anna Johari Tang, 46, said she first saw two dead dogs next to each other at the river mouth of Sungai Kelian on July 27.
