Council to issue temporary licences to help them survive


Rozali: These businesses are allowed to continue without having to apply for planning permission.

TEMPORARY licences will be issued to small business operators to set up shop outside residential compounds on the Penang mainland.

Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud said there were 318 businesses being carried out on private premises without approval from MBSP.
