A STEEP reduction in crime indexes registered by Melaka police for the first six months of the year comes as good news for the locals, said a crime prevention body.
Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) Melaka chapter chairman Edison Chan said the low crime rate would give investors more confidence in setting up business in the state.
