MY PENANG media family received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine over the weekend and if I were to describe the atmosphere in one word, it would be joy.

Pure, unadulterated happiness and relief filled the air at the Bandar Baru Ayer Itam government clinic in George Town, as dozens of us got vaccinated over a span of five hours.
