Food aid for residents in EMCO areas

AUTHORITIES and elected representatives are making arrangements to ensure enough food is sent to residents in Taman Murni in Sepang and Sri Ayu Flats in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, who have been placed under enhanced movement control order starting yesterday until July 13.

Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) councillor Sivakumar Periasamy said about 2,000 residents from 520 families in Taman Murni would be receiving dry and wet food items this weekend to help sustain them through the period.
