THEY would prey on those, especially foreign workers, who need a ride home from the low-risk Covid-19 centre at Mara Excellence Centre in Jawi, Nibong Tebal in Penang.

Instead of charging them using the e-hailing app, these e-hailing drivers would charge 50% more than the price quoted in the apps.
