MY Penang media family received their first doses of the vaccine over the weekend and if I’m asked for just one word to describe the atmosphere, it will be joy.

Pure, unadulterated happiness and jubilant relief filled the air at the Bandar Baru Ayer Itam government clinic in George Town, as dozens of us got vaccinated over a span of five hours.
