THE Penang government has identified 19 high-risk areas for the first phase of its Covid-19 mass screening starting July 5.
Penang local government, housing, town and country planning committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the areas, nine on the island and 10 on the mainland, would have to be referred to the state health department first.
