THE Government should create a special fund to assist traders badly affected by the lockdown, says the Malaysian Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Its president Datuk N. Gobalakrishnan said moratoriums and rental waivers, while good, do not really target the needy traders who were suffering due to the closure of their businesses.
