INTERMITTENT restrictions on public movement since last year have thrown a spanner in the works for many of Selangor’s local councils, which are in the process of drafting or exhibiting their new local plans.
Local authorities usually come up with a new plan after a decade or two to detail the zoning type, land use and planned developments in their jurisdictions.
