PUTRAJAYA Holdings Sdn Bhd (PjH) gave away self-care essentials to Putrajaya Hospital as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative.

With the aim to meet the needs of medical frontliners, staff and patients, 2,000 pieces of mini bathroom items and sanitising necessities were presented to a representative of Putrajaya Hospital in a simple handover ceremony.

PjH also contributed the same items to Serdang Hospital to relieve the hospital’s shortage of much-needed essentials.

PjH said it had participated in and organised various CSR programmes since the enforcement of the first movement control order in March last year.

This includes raising RM20,000 within a week to aid frontliners with essentials, donating five cubicles (for swab tests), portable air-conditioners, medical supplies and other essentials, as well as packed food for a week for Putrajaya Hospital’s frontliners.

PjH also delivered face masks and mineral water to the Putrajaya police district headquarters, and handed over two units of heavy duty sewing machines to Persatuan Kebajikan Wanita Islam of Putrajaya Hospital.
