SARAWAK government is urged to use its reserve fund to help small businesses, hawkers and other vulnerable groups who will be affected if a total lockdown is imposed.
Parti Bumi Kenyalang president Voon Lee Shan, in a media statement, urged the state government to impose a lockdown once and for all and dip into its reserves to help those who would be especially affected by such a move.
