Slope works still pending after seven months


Sri Lempah flats residents fear that a landslide may occur.

IT has been seven months since a landslide occurred near Block B of Sri Lempah flats in Lorong Jugra, off Batu 3 1/2 Jalan Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur and slope strengthening works have yet to take place.

Affected residents at the flats and those living along Jalan Desa Sentosa and Lot 51967, Taman Desa are holding on to a promise by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to address the damaged slope problem.
