Ayam pasu trader adds lamb and beef options to please customers

THE classic ayam pasu (chicken grilled in flower pots) — a favourite dish among locals during Ramadan — now comes with lamb or beef options.

Ayam Pasu Balik Pulau stall owner Mohd Fazli Abdul Rahman, 37, said although his signature dish is ayam pasu, some of his regular customers had been asking him if the dish could be made using lamb or beef.
