TUNKU Naquiyuddin ibni Tuanku Ja’afar, the chairman of Antah-Healthcare and Techna-X, has joined a new property technology startup – ProppyApp – as its founding chairman.
Founded and incorporated in October 2020, ProppyApp aims to disrupt the online real estate and property tech industry by becoming an innovative leading property-based all-in-one portal.
“I’ve spent my career building deeply talented teams and creating successful businesses, so I am honoured to have been invited to join ProppyApp.
“This is an amazing and talented team of highly skilled professionals that have produced amazing and far-sighted revolutionary projects led by my long-time friend, Lee Willson, ” said Tunku Naquiyuddin.
ProppyApp is an all-in-one portal that leverages on the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to create an online digital infrastructure that helps users on their platforms become better informed buyers and sellers.
“We’re helping homeowners, homebuyers, property agents and everyone else within the property- related ecosystem, including property-related service providers, make their buying and selling of homes or home-related items more seamless, easy and personalised, ” Lee, who is ProppyApp chief executive officer and founder, announced.
“Today, we are seeing huge leaps in technology as new trends are reshaping our world.
“ProppyApp is well-poised to become the world’s leading property-based all-in-one portal utilising the latest trends in data technology like AI, big data, Internet of Things and blockchain.

ProppyApp is spearheaded by long-time friends and founders, Lee and chief technology officer Dr Max Chen, who have decades of experience in IT and visionary business mindset.
ProppyApp is embarking on a merchant acquisition drive to populate its merchants’ listing platform and will also open its property listing marketplace to the public soon.
