THE Pengkalan Bongor flood relief hall in Penaga on mainland Penang has been converted into the Penaga Youth Centre.

State youth and sports committee chairman Soon Lip Chee said the state government is planning to establish similar youth centres in the other 39 constituencies in Penang.
