PERAK folk hope that the proposed construction of an alternative expressway to Kuala Kangsar will materialise soon.
The proposal by a private company to the state government is for motorists to have an option to bypass the Menora Tunnel, which sees many road accidents occurring along the stretch, especially during festive seasons.
