A SUM of RM2.39mil has been allocated to aid Tamil and Sikh schools as well as Tamil-based kindergartens in Penang this year.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said 28 Tamil schools would receive RM2mil while three Sikh schools would receive RM90,000 in total.
