MAH Sing Group Bhd’s new sales gallery for M Panora is now open.

It is the company’s fourth township in Rawang, north-west of Kuala Lumpur. M Panora is a freehold strata landed residential development that sits on an 18ha site, with an estimated gross development value of RM300mil.

The project is expected to be launched in the third quarter of the year and is known for its low-density development, with only 396 units of double-storey super link homes (24’ x 65’).

M Panora comprises two unit types with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The units, with indicative built-up ranging from 1,770sq ft to 2,026sq ft, are priced from RM650,000 onwards.

“There has been improvement in sentiments towards the property market, which can be observed through the positive responses from our recent project launches, ” said Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

“The ongoing National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme and recent announcement of the RM20bil Pemerkasa economic stimulus package have also instilled confidence in the public and helped in revitalising the local economy.

“Driven by economic recovery, we believe that it is the right time for homebuyers to upgrade and secure their ideal home, ” he said, adding that the group would strive to achieve a higher sales target of RM1.6bil this year, with 91% of products priced below RM700,000 and 51% below RM500,000.

At the M Panora sales gallery, visitors can view the fully-furnished show unit and learn more about the residential project.

The sales gallery sits at the development site of M Panora and is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
