RAYHAN Ahmad is on a mission to improve the education level of Orang Seletar children.

The founder of Baroka Blessed, a community-based organisation, runs a Tanam & Tumbuh (Plant & Grow) programme that is held in a makeshift classroom in Kampung Bakar Batu Perling, near Johor Baru.
