PENANG will hold a meet session involving all assemblymen and executive council members as the state assembly proceeding scheduled for next month is suspended due to the State of Emergency.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the two-day meeting starting today at a hotel in George Town would ensure checks and balances in the state administration and provide updates on the progress of various projects in the state.
