THE Covid-19 pandemic has not stopped a Chinese temple in Terengganu Road, Penang, from helping the underprivileged.
Penang Caunter Hall Hock Teik Seu Tua Pek Kong Temple chairman Chong Weng Lup said although the temple’s income had been greatly reduced due to the pandemic, they still donated RM500 each to five charitable groups.
