THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has started receiving applications for temporary permits to set up Ramadan bazaars.
MBPP councillor Ahmad Azrizal Tahir, who is the council’s sub-committee chairman on night markets and Ramadan bazaars, said applications could be done online via elesen.mbpp.gov.my by uploading the location plan and a copy of the applicant’s MyKad.
