AN UNAUTHORISED pipe connection at a construction site in Kuala Lumpur has caused an estimated RM770,000 in losses to Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor).
An operation by the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) uncovered an 80mm pipe, believed to have been used to supply water to a hostel at the site housing some 800 workers.
