The Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (Margma) has called for tighter regulations and stricter enforcement following the closure of an illegal rubber glove reprocessing factory in Bandar Baru Bangi by Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj).
Following a public tip-off, a joint raid was carried out together with Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry and Medical Device Authority (MDA) on the factory on Feb 25.
