Ipoh residents can send complaints, feedback to city council via Facebook Live starting March 4


IPOH: Residents here can now lodge complaints and provide feedback to the Ipoh City Council via Facebook.

A city council spokesman said these could be done during a Facebook Live session, which would be held on the first Thursday of each month.

"The first session will start tomorrow (March 4) at 10am.

"The topic would be on waste management in the city, ” he said in a statement on Wednesday (March 3).

"Tomorrow's session will feature city council engineering chief assistant director Arif Mohd Zainudin and the city health chief assistant director S. Manisegaran," he added.
