TOURIST guides in Penang celebrated International Tourist Guides Day this year by handing out care packs to trishaw riders around George Town.

Penang Tourist Guides Association president Chin Poh Chin said they usually carry out community work for the needy and elderly as a way to mark the day which falls on Feb 21 every year.
