IN 2020, Tropicana Corporation Berhad rolled out its Tropicana 10-TEN campaign to huge success, as it recorded an impressive RM899mil in bookings.

This year as a follow-up, the property developer has switched things up by offering enhanced deals to its purchasers; the Tropicana 100 campaign in 2021 gives buyers 100% more reasons to purchase their dream property.

Staying true to Tropicana’s motto of redefining the art of living, this campaign allows one to experience the 100% art of living – redefining how you live, work and play without breaking your bank account.

Under the Tropicana 100 campaign, buyers get 100% returns on booking fees, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing as well as 100% additional referral rewards.

The Tropicana 100 campaign benefits include furnishing incentives and easy payment schemes that can help property buyers stretch their ringgit even further.

This, together with the buyer’s choice of fully or partially-furnished units, can help buyers spend less as well as save them the hassle to furnish their homes.
