THE Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) urges the Department of Environment (DOE) and Fisheries Department to immediately reveal test results of the water sample where fish were found dead in Sungai Prai on Feb 9.
Its president Mohideen Abdul Kader said the incident was serious and that the sight of thousands of dead fish floating in the river had created panic.
