USING recycled items as props, a team of staff members from Penang Island City Council (MBPP) decorated the street in front of City Hall in George Town for the Chinese New Year festive season.

The initiative led by MBPP Urban Services Department used recycled items such as used tyres and plastic bottles to create ox-themed decorations in conjunction with the Year of the Ox.
