THE Penang government, through Penang Hill Corporation (PHC), is calling for a request for proposal (RFP) for its Penang Hill cable car project from interested parties from now to May 24.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the project would be carried out through a collaboration between PHC and the private sector.
