THERE were only four new faces among the 24 councillors sworn in to serve the 2021-2022 term at Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).
The four are Norah Mansor (PKR), Ng Yih Miin (PKR), Nalina Nair Ramakrishnan (DAP) and Chang She-Yun (DAP).
