MALAYSIANS quarantined together with foreigners at the Balik Pulau Sports Complex have been moved to another low-risk Covid-19 centre (LRCC) nearby in Balik Pulau, Penang.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the locals were now placed at the Zakat Training Centre which was once a quarantine centre for those returning to Penang from foreign countries.
