KUCHING: Sarawak is keen to learn from Estonia and South Korea to become a developed, high-income state by 2030, says Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.
He said Estonia was recognised as one of the most advanced digital societies in the world while South Korea had an innovative population and a culture of technology.
