E-vouchers to drive domestic tourism

Riad says the e-vouchers will be available via AirAsia’s website soon.

AIRASIA, in welcoming the government’s announcement of a stimulus recovery plan to reinvigorate the national economy through domestic tourism, will be distributing e-vouchers to domestic travellers

AirAsia Malaysia chief executive officer Riad Asmat said, “As one of the airlines participating in this stimulus plan, AirAsia will be distributing RM50 e-vouchers to 24,000 domestic travellers.

“This in turn will stimulate domestic tourism and help generate income for tourism-related businesses such as hotels, restaurants and tour operators. “The e-vouchers will be made available for public redemption on our website, airasia.com very soon, ” he added.
