Chance to earn extra income

KUANTAN: Property developer KotaSAS has introduced its Ambassador membership scheme for members to earn extra income by introducing potential buyers to KotaSAS and Wawasan Intact Properties (Pahang) Sdn Bhd.

Tanah Makmur Bhd group chief executive officer Datuk Shahrul Nizam Abd Aziz said the referral scheme would be an opportunity for people to earn additional income especially during this period when the economy had been hard hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We also see this as a win-win for the people as they can earn money while being a KotaSAS ambassador by reaching out to family members and friends.

“We want to help as many as possible while at the same time, they are also helping us. That is our main objective, ” he said at the launch of the programme here.

Shahrul said new members would start with silver membership and get to earn RM500 for the first successful sale, RM1,000 for the second and RM1,500 for the third.

After the third successful sale the member would automatically be upgraded to gold membership status and continue to earn RM1,500 per successful sale.

All KotaSAS homeowners would automatically be given gold member status to reward them for supporting KotaSAS over the years.

Shahrul said one could become a member by downloading the Ambassador app from the App Store or Google Play, register and once approved, they could start virtually introducing buyers to KotaSAS’ sales team.

“Our sales team will then do the pitching, introduce and bring the potential buyer to visit our show houses, ” Shahrul said, adding that members would be paid the incentive upon execution of the sale and purchase agreement.

He said there would be no limit to the number and the types of KotaSAS housing units members could introduce to buyers.

“We also feel the best way to go about it during this period is to utilise social media. The technology is already there so we will use it, ” said Shahrul.
