SELANGOR’s Darul Ehsan Water Scheme (Sade) has benefitted 272,253 account holders from B40 households by providing water at subsidised rate.State infrastructure and public amenities, agriculture modernisation and agro-based industry committee chairman Izham Hashim said the scheme provided free water for the first 25 cubic metres for households earning below RM4,000.
“In the first phase of Sade, we saw some 250,000 account holders benefitting from this, ” he said.
