NEW guidelines for residential premises being turned into AirBnB premises as well as student and worker hostels will soon be available once the state approves it at the State Executive Council Meeting.
This comes following a proposal from the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) and Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) for such guidelines to be drawn up during the local authority committee meeting last month.
