OVER 400,000 people will be affected by the conditional movement control order (MCO) imposed on Mukim 12 (sub-district 12) in the southwest district of Penang island starting today.
“The total population comprises residents and those who travel there for work, ” said Penang Island City Council (MBPP) mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang at a press conference.
