THIRTY families who are facing tough times celebrating the coming Deepavali, were all smiles during the 7th Charity Hi-Tea With Loving Community programme held at the Caring Society Complex in Penang.
Organised by Malaysia Hindu Sangam Bukit Bendera Council, the annual event this year saw the families receiving bags of groceries and prayer paraphernalia.
