Handicraft classes for the jobless

HOKKIEN Hoay Kuan Province Wellesley has launched a handicrafts training programme called Project Care 2.0 in an effort to help those who have lost their jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Its chairman Datuk Ong Kok Sun said the project focused on helping the needy group, such as the lower-income community around Bukit Mertajam.
